It has been designed to be accessible and can be sewn both by hand or for anyone with access to a sewing machine. The Pocket People seeks to provide people with new and lifelong skills; support a sustainable lifestyle by increasing the wearability and longevity of the garments we wear; and to challenge inequality of pocket sizing within gendered clothing.
